In this video you will learn and practice simple yet powerful box breathing technique, finishing with a relaxation and a body scan. This will help clear your mind, relax your body, allow you to focus. While we may only have limited influence over what happens in the external world around us, we do have the power to influence our inner world. The first point of entry into it is via the breath. Correct breathing is one of the most powerful stress relievers we always have at our disposal. Bringing attention, awareness, and intention to your breathing is how we can override the impact of stressful moments. Start. Always remember be kind to yourself and to your body! This practice will help you to energise and release tension in your body and mind. You will feel calmer, rested yet feel energised at the end of this practice. If you don't have 1 hour, practice the first 15 or 20 minutes of the video and finish with few minutes in savasana.
