One to One 

One to One yoga sessions are designed to your personal needs and aims, tailored to your body and ability. These sessions are an excellent way to start from scratch, take your practice to the next level and build your confidence in pace that works for you. If you are looking for an introduction to yoga, interested in a specific area of yoga, mindfulness practice or yoga for self-care and self-compassion this is a great way for you to start.


There will be time to ask questions and focus on areas that you are interested in, to develop your own practice routines, in a supportive and calm environment.


I offer a free 30 minutes call where we can discuss your aims and needs in detail and find out if we are a right fit for each other. Due to Covid 19, all sessions are offered online via zoom.


All private yoga sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy.​
